I'm paralyzed... (no sleep no sleep no sleep)
A birdsong reverberating from each of these four walls.
somehow somehow
The heat is perfection in motion and friction between paper-thin hands
red with the sunlight, sometimes they sweat.
(it rains it rains)
Like bright pouring from between the leaves of laura pedlum,
they pierce the concrete and grow the seedlings drenched by blood and sleepless decay.
We never thought they'd sprout their tiny shoots but we were wrong..and this morning they tower like heavy fruit-laden and mysterious obelisks
My fair and living wildlight, do you feel the rain of summer fruit and cloud falling about our toes as we whisper the purging songs of yesterday?
It rises to our ankles; an inundating sweetness, sugar and sun,
the friction between sun-red hands and they glow like
a torch in the night.
In the day as a whisper
In the night as a breath
In the day as a whisper
I'm stuck like vinyl in the breathing salt-fresh morning,
and sleep eludes me; nonsense pervades...and I wish the night was still,
and was not passing.
And yet, the sun is long here and our flesh is burnt.
Still we stand. Still I stand.
I stand still...
enchanted by the sun dancing on this fire-bred horizon.
Good morning, and blessings on your day...how mine is only beginning at its gentle-kissing end.
The storm is coming...
